While text in images can be read by Google, it doesn't count as text. It's an image. So if you have all the text in images, which is pretty bad for a multitude of reasons (accessibility, website performance, readability), it's like no text content at all which will significantly hurt your rankings.

Short: Look for other solutions, text in images is bad.
